I came in with horrible back aches that had been ongoing for years, I went online and I found this place by searching top chiropractor centers, and I am glad I came in, just for the first check up with X-rays and I left with my back relieved of stress and pain. After checking my X-rays I was able to see why my back was so bad. Dr. Ebadat is currently helping me in recovering my spine, I have just started my second week and after my session today I feel a lot better than what I did a week ago, every time I complete a session I feel greater than what I did walking in.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone who is feeling pain should give him at least 1 visit especially if you are feeling any pain. Everyone should take care of their backs to avoid problems later in the future!

I had a nagging lower back injury and went to Jay because I had gone there in 2012 and received great treatment. This time was no different. Jay and his staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. My back is almost healed and I am now especially getting great strengthening help from Sheila, who is interning there prior to her chiropractor board license exam later in the year. I've suffered low back pain for many years when i hurt myself during landscaping work. My friend suggested Dr. Jay and he has been treating me for over 1 month and i am feeling 10 times better. The pain is still there but i am more mobile and functional than I've ever been. He's caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to treat me right. He also provided good take home exercise. i had back pain since i got injured helping a friend who had cancer he was disabled , paralyzed from the waist down and i would carried him or help him get to his wheel chair and take him to his normal visits at the hospital. It was since then that my lower back hurts I'm a regular patient that visits Dr. Jay Ebadat for therapy i love their staff because they are very nice and friendly and always greets me when i come in. Dr. Jay Ebadat, is very friendly and always takes the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with his service and glad that he is my chiropractor.

I have had mild lower back and neck pain for several months and decided it was time to see a chiropractor. I searched Google and found Dr. Ebadat in the San Jose area because he accepts Kaiser insurance who is my current HMO provider. I went in for a 1st visit to check out Dr. Ebadat's office and was very impressed. I had only received adjustments and x-rays on my first day where I found out that my C5, C4, C3, L5, L4, and L3 were compressed together with little to no gap that is causing my neck and back pain. My Kaiser insurance only covers adjustments so Dr. Ebadat and I were able to work out an out of pocket roadmap that consisted of massages and weekly visits for adjustments and treatments. I have been going to Dr. Ebadat for about 2 months and my neck and back feel much better. I have more energy to continue with my daily life. The entire staff at Dr. Ebadat's office is friendly and tentative to your needs with always a warm welcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Ebadat because his plan of attack for treatment is phenomenal. Healing doesn't happen after 1 or 2 visits but multiple visits and I like the results I have received so far from Dr. Ebadat.

Dr Jay was wonderful and explained why I am getting back pain because of the way that I am using my lab top slouching over it each night. He cracked my lower back and shoulder with a POP. That was so awesome because my friend couldn't stop laughing because it was loud. I feel really good afterward and I would recommend people to go to his practice.

Dr jay is the best and his staff are all great and no how to make you feel at home if you have pain south bay wellness will do everything they can for you to make your day less painful i had lower back problems all my life 12 visits with dr jay and im in the best shape of my life thanks to dr jay and the southbay wellness centers staff thank you
